The Study of Remote Schools’ Administration and Management of Education Marketization

近年來，受到社會變遷的影響，偏遠地區學校教育問題越來越受到重視，如教師高流動率、裁併校問題、學生與其家庭負擔等，偏遠地區學校領導者必須要妥善規劃學校整體發展，發展經營與管理策略，以確保學校永續發展。本研究以文獻探討之方式，以教育市場化的角度來檢視教育市場化對偏遠地區學校經費與課程的影響，以提供偏遠地區學校領導者管理學校時所應採行之策略，俾落實教育機會均等與教育公平之理念。

In recent years, public attention to the issue of education in remote schools such as school administration and management, government finance, staff turnover and abolition of school. School leaders is critical role in educational environment of inferior. the article use documentary analysis to discuss the impact of education marketization in remote schools to implement the concept of equal opportunities in education and education fair.
