Huang, Chen和Chang(2009) applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to evaluate the creative industries for the introduction and development in the new cultural creativity centre in Taiwan. The purpose of this paper is to build up an evaluation framework for selecting creative industries into the new cultural creativity centre in Tainan city, Taiwan. In the seven evaluation criteria, “market potential” has the highest weight, followed by “regional development” and “culture improvement”. The application of the model provides an avenue for government policy makers and researchers to deal effectively with the industry selection issue. By the inspiring, used the AHP to the effective treatment method of the uncertain problem, and calculated weight coefficient, which makes the evaluation of Cultural Center strategic alliance service marketing that can help to improve special event service marketing. Finally, the validity and feasibility of the proposed approach is verified with a case. |
