The study investigates the relationship between teacher leadership and director’s distributed leadership in preschool. Literature review seeks to understand the meaning and related researches in terms of the teacher leadership and director’s distributed leadership. It points out that the current practice of teacher leadership and its’ impact on director’s distributed leadership. It discusses educational system, curriculum, director’s leadership and teachers, so the improvement for preschool can be found. Some suggestions are made for the official administration and the interested researchers. The finding of the study indicates the possibility of teacher leadership and director’s leadership in preschool. However, this study also points out the need of a comprehensive written plan for practice though the implementation is done. Therefore, this study proposes to: 1. Cultivate the concept of director’s distributed leadership; 2. Enhance opportunities for participation in the preschool’s administration of preschool educators; 3. Work on the sketch of the meaning of teacher leadership and director’s distributed leadership. |
