"In order to analyze the recent studies and trends on the topic of “school teacher leadership” in Taiwan, this study takes theses and dissertation published between 1995 and 2013 for the main research objectives. The study uses content analysis method to do the research. Firstly, the author discusses the meanings of “school teacher leadership” for the base of analysis. Secondly, the author collects 107 theses and dissertations in order to analyze in the perspective of research periods, topics, organizational level, methods, and orientations. There are five findings in this study:1. School teacher leadership topics become more and more hot in research these years;2. Although the research topics include seven ways but focus on some variables;3. The organizational level focuses on primary school, other levels are less;4. The most of research methods is questionnaires survey lack of multi research methods;5. The research orientation focuses on the relationship between variables lack of theory exploration and verification." |
