Examples of the Exegetical Study of Takezoe Koukou's Maoshi Huijian: Dialogue with Chinese Scholars

竹添光鴻《毛詩會箋》於《詩經》釋詞甚有獨到之處。本文取《邶風．匏有苦葉》「深則厲」、《鄭風．山有扶蘇》「乃見狂且」、《小雅．六月》「六月棲棲」、《小雅．瓠葉》「有兔斯首」、《小雅．苕之華》「三星在罶」五則為例，分析竹添氏如何釋詞，又如何與中國說《詩》者對話。

Takezoe Koukou in his work Maoshi Huijian shows a lot of insightful explanation of words in the Shijing. Through the discussion of five examples: “shenzeli”, “naijian kuangju”, “liuyue qiqi”, “youtu sishou”, “sanxing zailiu”, the present paper illustrates how Takezoe Koukou interprets the meaning of words and how this is related to the views of the Chinese scholars.
