臺灣教育部「對外華語文教學能力認證考試」中的「華人社會與文化」考題適切性探討

A Study on the Appropriateness of the Test Questions of the Subject ''Chinese Society and Culture''

「華人社會與文化」是臺灣教育部「對外華語文教學能力認 證」考試中評量華語教師文化素養的主要科目。本研究檢視過去十 年（2009-2018）該科考題的文化類型分布狀況與邏輯思維能力的 應用情形。研究發現，考題的文化知識類型呈現分布不均的情況， 未能完全反映簡章中評量的內容；題目邏輯思維能力的應用則偏 向採用概念澄清方式。本研究建議教育部，訂定明確的華語教師能 力標準，依據此標準發展出均衡的文化能力考試，同時重視各項邏 輯思維能力要素的應用，以提升該科測驗的效度。

'Chinese Society and Culture'' is a subject to assess examinees' cultural competence in the ''Certification for Proficiency in Teaching Chinese as a Second/Foreign Language''. This research examined the test questions of the subject from 2009 to 2018. It was aimed to understand to what degree the questions successfully assess examinees' cultural knowledge, and to know in which manner the questions reflect the application of logical thinking ability. The results showed that the 4 different types of cultural knowledge questions on the test were very unevenly distributed. The maldistribution could not completely reflect the concept, which the government hold to the cultural ability of Chinese language teachers. In addition, the ability of clarifying concepts of logical thinking was mostly used in the questions. Finally, several proposals were made for improving the design of the questions.
