外籍居留人士休閒活動參與及生活滿意度之研究—以宜蘭地區新住⺠為例

A Study of Foreign Residents on Leisure Activity Participation and Life Satisfaction with Yilan New Immigrants

新住民已成為臺灣一新興族群，不論臺灣人的心理是接受或排斥，都已是既定的事實，如果臺灣社會能正視這群新住民，並提供能顧及女性移民的環境，則她們的文化及年輕人口的活力，將可成為臺灣生命力的資產，臺灣社會就能更成熟、更圓融也更多元化。本研究旨在探討以宜蘭地區新住民為例，探討其在臺灣休閒活動參與及生活滿意度因素，本研究目的為：一、瞭解新住民休閒活動參與狀況。二、瞭解影響新住民生活滿意度之因素。三、探討休閒活動參與滿意度關聯性。四、瞭解新住民休閒需求與生活滿意度，藉此歸納出足以吸納優秀新住民之關鍵因素，且供有關當局作為政策方向之參考。

New immigrants have become a new ethnic group in Taiwan. Regardless of whether Taiwanese people accept or reject them, it is an established fact. If Taiwanese society can face up to these new immigrants and provide an environment that can take into account sexual immigration, their culture and Indifferent people will become the assets of Taiwan 's life, and Taiwan society will be mature, integrated and diversified. The purpose of this study is to explore the new immigrants in Yilan area as an example to explore the factors of leisure activity participation and life satisfaction in Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to: 1. Understand the participation status of new immigrants in leisure activities. 2. Understand the factors that affect the life satisfaction of new immigrants. 3. Explore the relevance of satisfaction with leisure activities participation. 4. Understand the leisure needs and life satisfaction of new immigrants, and summarize the key factors that are sufficient to absorb outstanding new immigrants, and provide the relevant authorities as a reference for policy direction.
