In the digital technology age, all industries need to face the issue of technological upgrading or digital transformation. Enterprises need corresponding labor supply in each mention of them. However, the number of talents in various mentions or fields may not be enough for industrial labor demand. Especially in recent years, Large enterprises are more charming to talent than Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) in labor market. This paper conducts qualitative research on the strategy for attracting and training talent in the digital technology age by interview. Our interviewees are SMEs in manufacturing sector, information and communication technology(ICT)sector, wholesale and retail sector, and professional scientific and technical services sector. Finally, we propose the policy proposal by the said qualitative research. |
