碩士班發展計畫之特色課程swot分析及招生策略──以國內大專校院休閒相關系所為例

SWOT analysis of development projects of master programs and enrollment strategies: using leisure related departments of universities and colleges in Taiwan as examples

SWOT分析法是國內大專校院於系所擬定發展計畫與招生策略時常被採用的一種概念性分析工具。本文研究目的在運用SWOT分析於國內大專校院休閒相關系所碩士班發展計畫之特色課程與招生策略，並利用文獻分析法及專家訪談法收集資料，針對國內大專校院休閒相關系所碩士班進行研究，得出以下結論：休閒相關系所碩士班發展計畫範圍︰一、專才培訓；二、產業合作；三、國際交流；四、教學知能；五、升學管道。休閒相關系所碩士班發展計畫特色課程︰一、社會環境；二、在地化；三、政策支援；四、人才培育；五、差異性。招生策略：一、確定系所特色課程發展計畫；二、資訊蒐集與分析運用；三、招生宣導與執行策略。

WOT analysis is the most commonly adopted conceptual analysis tool for universities and colleges in Taiwan to plan development projects and enrollment strategies of the departments. The purpose of this study is to explore featured courses of development projects and enrollment strategies of master programs of leisure related departments in universities and colleges of Taiwan by SWOT analysis. It collects data by literature review and expert interview and obtains the following conclusions. Development projects of master programs of leisure related departments: (1) talent training; (2) industrial collaboration; (3) international exchange; (4) instructional knowledge and competence; (5) advanced study channel. Featured courses of development projects of master programs of leisure related departments: (1) social environment; (2) localization; (3) policy support; (4) talent cultivation; (5) difference. Enrollment strategies: (1) establishment of development projects of featured courses of the departments; (2) information collection and analysis; (3) Enrollment promotion and executive strategies.
