本研究採用問卷調查法,以瞭解新竹縣高鐵地區私立幼兒園園長知識領導與創新經營效能的現況,並分析私立幼兒園園長知識領導與創新經營效能之間的相關性;使用的工具為「新竹高鐵地區私立幼兒園園長知識領導與創新經營效能關係之調查問卷」,總共發出171份問卷,有效問卷為152份,收回可用率89%。問卷回收後,採以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計法進行問卷處理與分析,結果歸納如下:一、新竹縣高鐵地區私立幼兒園園長知識領導現況呈現中高度的覺知度。二、新竹縣高鐵地區私立幼兒園創新經營效能現況呈現中高度的覺知度。三、新竹縣高鐵地區不同學歷之教保服務人員覺知私立幼兒園園長知識領導有顯著差異。四、新竹縣高鐵地區不同學歷之教保服務人員覺知私立幼兒園創新經營效能有顯著差異。五、新竹縣高鐵地區私立幼兒園園長知識領導能有效預測創新經營效能。基於上述研究結果,本研究亦對教育行政機關、私立幼兒園、幼兒園教保服務人員及未來相關研究提出建議,以供參考。
英文摘要
The purpose of this study was to understand the actual situation of the preschool principals' knowledge leadership and innovation management effectiveness of Private Preschool at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County, and analysis of the relationship between the preschool principals' knowledge leadership and innovation management effectiveness of Private Preschool. The methodlogy of this research was manily a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was ''The relationship between preschool principals' knowledge leadership and innovation management effectiveness questionnaire of Private Preschool at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County''. A total of 171 questionnaires were issued, and 152 valid questionnaires are collected, with the return rate of 89%.The researcher analyzed statistical methods such as: the survey data by various descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, single factor analysis of variance, and stepwise multiple regression analysis, statistical analysis of questionnaire data analysis results are summarized as follows: 1. Preschool principals' knowledge leadership presents the status of a medium-high degree of perception of the degree at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County. 2. Preschool innovation management effectiveness presents the status of a medium-high degree of perception of the degree at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County. 3. Significant variations were found in the different perceptions on preschool principals' knowledge leadership among early childhood teachers with diverse backgrounds of ''highest level of education'' at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County. 4. Significant variations were found in the different perceptions on innovation management effectiveness among early childhood teachers with diverse backgrounds of ''highest level of education'' at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County. 5. Preschool knowledge leadership can be definitely predicted of innovation management effectiveness at the area of HSR in Hsinchu County. According to the research results, the suggestions were made for educational administrative institutions, private preschool, early childhood teachers, and future studies, hopefully providing references.
