胃腸道基質瘤呈現於陰道直腸中隔之病例報告

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor presenting as a rectovaginal septal mass

胃腸道基質瘤是腸胃道最常見的間葉腫瘤，而發生於生殖道之胃腸道基質瘤十分少見，進而造成手術和相關治療計畫實施之困難。本病例介紹一位病患在接受後骨盆腔臟器切除手術後意外被診斷位於陰道直腸中隔之胃腸道基質瘤。

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) arising from the gynecological tract are extremely rare, with resultant difficulty of diagnosis and management of this extragastrointestinal tract GISTs (E-GISTs). The following case report shows an unusual clinical presentation of a 78-year woman with rectovaginal mass undergoing posterior exenteration who was finally diagnosed E-GISTs.
