英文摘要 |
Vulvar malignant melanoma is a rare disease, and the second most common malignancy of vulvar malignancies. The reported 5-year overall survival rate for vulvar melanoma is in the range of 50% to 60%. A 64-year-old female presented with postmenopausal vulvar spotting and itching, which later was diagnoses as vulvar malignant melanoma. She received radical vulvectomy and bilateral inguinal lymph node dissection. The primary treatment for vulvar malignant melanoma is surgical resection. Immune checkpoint inhibitors and targeted therapy have proved to improve progression free survival and overall survival of cutaneous melanoma. Future studies on vulvar malignant melanoma are necessary. |
