Applying Business Elements into Curriculum Design to Enhance the Matching of Education and Practice

現今課堂中，學生缺乏學習動機且普遍存在著「學用落差」的現象，因此本文作者採互動式教學原則，並融入企業實務元素於課程裡，目的在於提升學生學習動機及學用合一。其具體做法為：以「個案教學法」為主軸，運用持續「提問?聆聽?回應」的概念，讓學生培養「聽、說、讀、想」能力，另加入四場「實務演講」、兩場「企業參訪」，以及配合企業提出之待解實務議題舉辦期末「提案競賽」，創造學生與實務人士於課堂內、外與線上、下的密集互動機會，並於過程中設計多元的學習成效評價方式，除驗證本課程設計有效性外，亦可供未來於大學教育裡欲達成相關目標之依據。

Nowadays, students lack motivation to learn in classrooms, and a general phenomenon of mismatching education and practice has emerged. Therefore, this course adopted the interactive teaching principle and applied business elements into the curriculum design. The purpose is to promote students’learning motivation and enhance the matching of education and practice. Through the“case method”and the concept of“asking-listeningresponding,”this approach aims to develop students’ability in terms of“listening, speaking, reading and thinking.”In addition, the course includes 4 practical speeches and 2 business visits. Moreover, the final project is designed with real practical problems provided by business representatives. This creates many interactions between students and practitioners, both in and out of the classroom as well as online and offline. In the process, the study incorporates multiple evaluation methods to verify the learning effectiveness. The results can provide evidence for building similar educational approaches in the future.
