College and universities are important fields for the cultivation of higher education talents. However, in recent years, graduates have entered the workplace after graduation, but in the workplace they have found that there is a gap between the schooling and employment, which leads to the incommensurate situation between the school and workplace. The purpose of this study is to investigate knowledge-action integration of graduates entering the workplace after graduation. After investigating the graduates' employment flow graduation into the workplace, we take the graduates of the 1st, 3rd, and 5th year after the graduation of the National Taitung University, as the research object, except for the number of years of graduation, gender, and college. To understand whether there is a difference in the commensurate with education and occupation, and explore the factors that affect the graduates' working and school learning. The study finds that professional conformity, job satisfaction, licenses, and colleges are important factors influencing the use and learning. Explain the power and reach a 43% variation. |
