應用理性行動理論驗證大學生參與排球運動行為意圖模式之研究

Study on the Application of Rational Action Theory to Verify the Behavior Intention Model of College Students' Participation in Volleyball

本研究目的應用理性行動理論驗證大學生參與排球運動行為意圖模式，研究方法以結構方程模型（structure equation modeling, SEM）驗證研究模型，高雄地區六間普通大學大學生為研究範圍共計施測300位大學生，剔除填答不完整問卷28份，共得有效問卷272份，有效問卷率90.67％。應用Amos統計軟體分析模型信效度與路徑係數。研究結果顯示模型具有良好信效度，假設一：大學生參與排球運動態度對行為意圖達顯著影響成立。假設二：大學生參與排球運動主觀規範對行為意圖達顯著影響成立。根據研究結果提出提升態度與主觀規範提出具體建議提供各大專院校推廣排球運動之參考。

The study aims to verify the behavior intention model of college students' participation in volleyball by applying rational action theory, and adopts the structure equation modeling (SEM) as study method to verify the study model. A total of 300 college students are tested in six universities in Kaohsiung. Excluding 28 incomplete questionnaires, a total of 272 valid questionnaires are obtained, with an effective questionnaire rate of 90.67%. The reliability, validity and path coefficient of the model are analyzed by Amos statistical software. The results show that the model has good reliability and validity. Hypothesis 1: the attitude of college students to participate in volleyball has a significant impact on their behavior intention. Hypothesis 2: subjective norms of college students' participation in volleyball have a significant impact on their behavior intention. According to the results of the study, this paper puts forward specific suggestions to improve attitude and subjective norms for the promotion of volleyball in colleges and universities.
