Facing today's diversified education scene, teachers' class management is regarded as an important part of the teaching process. Teachers guide students to learn by adopting appropriate teaching strategies, and achieve educational goals by teaching students according to their aptitude. The purpose of this study is to use case studies to explore the practice of class management in senior elementary school teachers and its impact on students. The researcher selected a senior senior mentor of National Primary School in Taichung City as the research object, collected data through interviews, observations, and file analysis, described, analyzed, and interpreted the collected data, and improved the thesis through triangular verification. The conclusions obtained are as follows: (1) Teacherstudent relationship management: Teachers exert their unique personal charm to shorten the distance between teachers and students; (2) Class atmosphere management: Teachers use positive words to encourage students and communicate with them in a timely manner. Parents and students communicate to create a harmonious teaching atmosphere among teachers and students; (3) Class teaching management: Teachers guide students to think through multiple teaching methods and gradually cultivate their ability to solve problems; (4) Class guidance management: Teachers provide timely and good advice on the problems faced by students, and use their spare time to guide their schoolwork, so that students receive support and support in learning. Through this study, learn how case teachers can take appropriate measures to promote students' focus on learning activities and maintain interest in the process of operating a class. In addition, it is expected that, based on the findings of this study, teachers at the education scene will be provided with different aspects of reflection and learning. |
