臺灣夏季高溫下施用P-chlorophenoxyacetic acid (4-PCA)對番茄著果及品質之影響

1.4-CPA在臺灣夏季高溫下，對番茄各品種之著果及產量增加均屬有效，但效果因品種而有差異。2.4-CPA對五月播種番茄各品種之早期結果數，早產區，總結果數及總產量，均有增加效果，唯對果實增大效果不顯著。3.4-CPA對七月播種番茄各品種之早期結果數，早產量及果實大小均有增加效果，而對總結果數，總產量之效果不顯著。4.用4-CPA處理對番茄各品種果實之含糖量及酸度無大影響。

1.Under high summer temperature in Taiwan, 4-CPA has been proved to be effective in increasing fruit set and yield in various tomato, vadeties, though. the effectiveness showed differences. between varieties. 2.4-CPA increased the number of fruits and yields harvested in the first 2 weeks, number of total fruits and total yields in various tomato varieties seeded in May. But the effect of 4-CPA on increasing fruit size was non-significant. 3.4-CPA increased the number of fruits, yields. and size of fruits harvested in the first 2 weeks in various tomato varieties seeded in July. But the effect of 4-CPA on increasing number of total fruits and total yields were non-significant. 4.The total soluble solids and citric acid contents of the fruits. in various tomato varieties showed little or no difference between 4-CPA treated and non-treated fruits.
