栽培種蘆筍之解剖

Anatomical Studies of Cultivated Asparagus officinalis L.

臺灣地區經濟栽培蘆筍之環境與其原產地自然風土迥異，因而採用留莖栽培法，以克服亞熱帶地區休眠不足的困擾，在此特殊栽培環境下，蘆筍之生理自與原產地相異。本計畫就植物學的觀點探討本省經濟栽培蘆筍解剖及生理。本報告並討論蘆筍各組織之解剖構造，包括初生根、貯藏根、吸收根、地下莖、鱗芽、地上莖、嫩筍尖、葉、擬葉、花、果實及種子等。

The economic cultivation of asparagus in Taiwan differs from traditional practice due to geographic and climatic factors. The vegetative parts of the asparagus are not removed for seasonal dormancy; during this stage, no new growth occurs though photosynthesis continues. There is a need to access the anatomy and physiology of asparagus under this cultivation practice. This investigation reports the structural anatomy in different parts of asparagus, including the primary root, storage root, absorptive root, underground stem, bud scale, vegetative shoot, immature shoot tip, leaf, cladophyll, flower, fruit and seed respectively The general anatomy of each stated structures is herewith discussed.
