臺灣柑桔產區營養狀況之研究－－不同根砧對葉片無機養分及果實品質之影響

A Study on the Nutritional Status of Citrus Production Districts in Taiwan-- Influence of Rootstocks on Leaf Inorganic Nutrients and Fruit Quality

民國的66～67年就臺灣三柑桔生產專業區內之果園進行葉片無機養分分析及土質測定。葉片各要素含量為N：2.98～3.60%，P：O.10～0.16%，K：O.99～1.43%，Ca：2.75～4.00%，Mg：O.l6～O.55%，Fe：10l～165ppm，Mn：81～115ppm，Cu：9～46ppm，Zn：35～111ppm。以酸桔為砧之桶柑、椪柑和柳橙，其葉片含Ca、Mn和Cu較廣東（木黎）檬為砧者為多而N和Zn則較少；酸桔砧之桶柑和椪柑其果重亦較重；椪柑以廣東（木黎）檬為砧時，果汁色澤較為鮮明。

During 1977~78, leaf and soil analysis had been done at three citrus production districts in Taiwan. In leaves, the ranges of nutrient contents are as follows: N 2.98~3.60%, P 0.1O~0.16%, K 0.99~1.43%, Ca 2.75~4.00%, Mg O.l6~0.55%, Fe 101~165 ppm, Mn 81~115 ppm, Cu 9~46 ppm and Zn 35~111 ppm. Scions on Sunki stock have much Ca, Mn, Cu and less N, Zn than those on Rangpur lime stock. The Ponkan and the Tankan on Sunki stock have heavier fruit fresh weight and the juice color of the Ponkan on Rangpur lime is more vivid.
