枇杷果穗葉數對果實性狀之影響

Effect of Leaf Numer on Fruit Chracteristics of Loquat

枇杷果穗上葉數與果實大小及品質有密切關係。在果穗上留5枚果實情形下，在葉片11枚以上時有助果實重量，可溶性固形物量及含酸量增加，並能增進果實風味。果穗上葉數對總果重，果實大小，果實內可溶性固形物量及果酸量成正相關，但是對果汁糖酸比成負相關。

The leaf number in fruit branch was closely related to fruit size and quality. From 5 fruits in the fruit brunch, it was helpful to increase fruit weight, soluble solids and total acid over 11 leaf numbers and got better taste. The leaf number in the fruit brunch was positively correlated to soluble solids and total acid and negatively correlated to sugar and acid ratio.
