本試驗目的在探討金針菇堆肥作為栽培介質的使用潛力。鋸木屑、金針菇堆肥或金針菇堆肥混合泥炭苔(1:1, v/v)的粒子小於1.0mm以下約佔有66-81%之多,這些介質具有高的保水力及總孔隙度,相反的,它們具有低的充氣孔隙度及總體密度。化學特性方面,其pH值、EC均在適合植物生長之範圍。金針菇堆肥具有比鋸木屑顯著高的可溶性磷、鉀、鎂含量,但鈣含量卻顯著低於金針菇堆肥混合泥炭苔。種植前鋸木屑的C/N比為121.7,而新鮮金針菇堆肥已降為23,已屬於植物生長之適當範圍內。
英文摘要
The spent winter mushroom compost (SWMC) prepared from the mixture of incubated sawdust and rice bran which had been grown winter mushroom in cool room. The objectives of this research were to build up a domestic medium and to recycle the spent winter mushroom compost for the cultivation of horticultural crops. The results show that there were 68-81% of spent winter mushroom compost particles with size smaller than 1.0 mm in diameter in these sawdust-based media. These media hade high container capacities and total porosities and low bulk densities. On chemical properties, levels of pH and EC of these media were suitable for plant growth. There were more soluble P, K, Mg than sawdust, but less Ca than spent winter mushroom compost peatmoss (1:1, v/v). The C/N ratio of spent winter mushroom compost were 23 which level is favorable for plant growth.
