溫度對洋蔥結實之影響

Effect of Temperature on Fruit Set of Onion

溫度對花粉發芽力有顯著之影響。最高溫度為24°，35°與43℃，對二洋蔥品系之平均發芽率各為58，50與42%。而不同溫度間對洋蔥之結實率有顯著之影響。24℃，35℃與43℃下其平均結實率分別為60、70與37%。同時。於24℃，35℃及43℃下，M2399A授以M611B花粉，每一果實之平均種子數各為2.65，3.28及1.78粒。而P54-306A授以P52-371B之花粉，第一果實之平均種子數各為2.53，3.11及1.54粒。

The viability of onion pollen was affected by temperature. Pollen germination was higher at 24℃ than at 35℃, and higher at 35℃ than at 43℃.The percent if fruit set at 24℃, 35℃ and 43℃ were 60%, 70% and 37% respectively. Temperature also affected the number of seeds perovary. The average number of seeds per ovary in male sterile lines M2399A and P54-306A was 2.65 and 2.53 at 24℃; 3.28 and 3.11 at 35℃ and 1.78 and 1.54 at 43℃, respectively.
