福馬林對洋菇線蟲之浸漬效果及Rhabditis之耐熱試驗

Effects of Formaldehyde Dipping on the Control of Mushroom Nematodes and Heat-resistant of Rhabditis Nematode

4種為害洋菇有線蟲浸漬於5%福馬林液內，經過60分鍾以上時間完全死亡。其中Rhabditis sp.在50~65℃溫熱下，經過24小時後全部死亡。

Four mushroom nematodes, Aphelenchoides composticola, Aphelenchus avenar, Ditylenchus sp. and Rhabditis sp., lost their activity with dipping in 5% formaldehyde solution for above 60 minutes. Rhabditis sp. was completely killed with 50 to 65 heat treatment for 24 hours.
