栽培材料施用營養附加物對草菇產量之影響

The Effects of Nutritional Supplementation of the Cultivation Material on the Production of Straw Mushroom (Volvariella volvacea)

為使增加草菇單位面積量，比較使用大豆粉、棉籽粉、花生粕及米糠等營養附加物效果，結果以施用百分之一酵母粉及百分之一或百分之三花生粕略有增產效果，營養附加物用量增加時則有降低產量之趨勢。酵母粉在下種五日後施用者，每百公斤栽培材料可平均收穫草菇29.18公斤，相當於增產三分之一，產量速比在材料堆積、上床及下種時施用者高出甚多。酵母粉可供大規模栽培使用以增加單位面積產量。

In order to in crease the yield of the straw mushroom, addition of nutrients to the beds just before pasteurization process or during the spawn running was studied. It was found that before indoor pasteurization process supple mentation of dry yeast, soybean meal, cotton seed meal, crushed peanut cake or rice bran to the cultivation material did not significantly increase the yield. However, a marked increase in yield, as much as twice the average obtainable was observed when 1% dry yeast was added into the bed 5 days after spawning.
