臺北地區觀光農園遊客利用實況調查之研究

A Study on the Visitor Use Pattern of Agritourism Farm in Taipei Area

台灣觀光農業的發展型態以果實採收園為主。都市邊綠型的觀光農園甚具發展潛力。臺北近郊的觀光農園已成為市民週末、假日、休閒渡假的去處之一。在電話意見調查，樣本中有45.5%去過觀光農園。未來農園若有住宿設施61.8%有住宿意願，發展農村民宿最重要的條件是設施衛生、乾淨、服務親切及環境優美“在臺北近郊5個觀光農園的實地調查中，不同的型態的農園其利用方式有明顯的不同。遊客對未來發展渡假農村的觀點，有相同的趨勢。發展農村渡假旅遊是未來可以發展的一個方向。

The main type of agritourism developement in Taiwan is ”pick-up- yourself”. There is a very good future for Taipei metropolitan area. According to questionare surveyed by telephone, 45.5% of the samples have visited the agritourism farm, If there are facilities for citizen to enjoy country life over night, 61.8% of telephone surveyed samples and over 50% of 5 darns site visitors by direct face to face questionare survey have a strong willing to visit agritourism farm and stay overnight. It will be a new pattern of agritouriam developement in the near future.
