本文探討兩個葉用甘藉品種於淹水之環境下,其抗氧化酵素活性及脂質過氧化之變化。'桃園二於淹水之處理下其葉綠素遭受破壞,不過淯郿百種之葉綠素含量在淹水之處理下維持相當高之含量。'桃園二號'之malondialdehyde含量在淹水處理後升高,然而淹水處理之,羅菜'葉片malondialdehyde含量則較處理前低。,羅菜種葉片之淹水之處理下其抗氧化酵素仍具有活性,然而'桃園二號'之抗氧化酵素顯然不能有效作用。本研究結果推測葉用甘蔣於淹水處理下之耐受性,可能與抗氧化酵素活性之協同作用有關,而使植物不受氧化傷害。
英文摘要
The changes in the activities of antioxidative enzyme activities and lipid peroxidation were investigated for two leafy vegetable used sweet potato cultivars under waterlogging conditions. Destruction of chlorophyll was observed in'Taoyuan-2', but the level ofleaf chlorophyll remained high during the course of study in'Yongtsai'leaves The level ofmalondialdehyde was found to be higher for'Taoyuan-2'after waterlogging treatment. However, lower level of malondialdehyde was produced in waterlogged 'Yongtsai'leaves. Active responses in antioxidative enzyme activities were found for waterlogged'Yongtsai' leaves. However, all these four antioxidative enzyme activities do not seem to be functional in detoxifying active oxygen species in'Taoyuan-2'. The results of the present experiment suggest that susceptibility of leafy vegetable sweet potato to waterlogging may depend upon the cooperative expression of antioxidative enzymes and their protection from oxidative damage .
