孫不二修道經歷與修行法門

Sun Bu Er's Taoist Experience and Religious Practice

孫不二，山東寧海（今山東牟平縣）人，生於金天輔三年（1119），卒於金大定二十二年（1182），她與丈夫馬鈺（1123-1183）同列名於全真七子，是七子中唯一的女性。孫不二在全真道發展初期即投身修道。她的家世背景、知識素養結合修行經歷，很受矚目，成為女性修道的典型。孫不二修道經歷可謂全真道教女性典範：擁有世俗最高物質享受與情感幸福的女人都可以捨棄一切求道，則一般女性又有什麼無法割捨的呢？這或許是孫不二修道經歷提供有志於修仙證真的女性最大的啟發，也是吸引女性群眾加入全真的原因之一。另外，孫不二願意將命功修行法門，也就是所謂的「坤道祕法」具體而完整地揭示，頗見其接引後人的善心大願。這也是孫不二在道教史上的特點與功績。孫不二不僅是日後女性修道的典型人物，其提出的丹道理論被視為女丹修煉之圭臬，成為日後女丹理論與實踐的重要基礎，影響明、清二代的女丹思想之發展。

Sun Bu Er and her husband Ma Yi are recognized as seven apostles of Quanzhen. She joined Taoism as early as in the developing era of Quanzhen religion. Her family background, knowledge and literacy combined with spiritual experience have attracted attentions and become a prototype for women. Her religious practice has inspired women and attracted them to join Taoism. She is kind and open-minded enough to share her religious practices. This marks her unique characteristics and credits in Taoist history. Sun Fei becomes a typical figure in women's spiritual practice. The theory she established is considered to be a very important milestone that affects the thinking development of the Ming and Qing dynasties.
