臺灣食品安全監管制度的政府作為義務研究

The Research of the Food Safety Supervising System as the Obligation of the Government of Taiwan

臺灣近幾年來發生了許多起重大的食品安全事件，弄得人心惶惶，終日食不安心，顯示出政府的監管部門在監管的環節，出了非常多嚴重的問題。本文也對此相關問題，提出一些對於食品安全監管制度的政府作為義務完善的建議，期能使政府有效施行，確切的為臺灣人民的食品安全，做出更全面的保障，讓人民的健康權得到保障，並且也讓臺灣能再重回「美食王國」的美名，而這也是臺灣政府刻不容緩的職責與義務。

In recent years, several critical food safety events had happened in Taiwan, caused mass panic, and also revealed the governing defects of the governing departments. This article has raised some suggestions towards food safety governing system, expecting the government to implement effectively, to assure the food safety for Taiwanese people, to consolidate the health right of the people, and also regain the name “Gourmet Kingdom”, this is also the necessary duty and responsibility of the government of Taiwan.
