素食店選擇模型體系的提出,是結合顧客學優質服務品質的實際,針對解決具有語言評價資訊的多屬性群決策問題,提出了一種基於集對分析之資訊處理的群決策方法。此體系方案比選是一個複雜的不確定性問題,應用集對分析理論及模糊數學理論建立了素食店選擇模型比選的集對分析的模糊綜合評價模型,簡化了建立差異度的過程,運用模糊數學的思想確定指標不確定性的程度,進行綜合模型運算,提高了方案評價的可信度,是素食店選擇模型比選中的一種適用的方法。由於在該模式中採用二元對比法和熵權法確定指標的加法組合權重,兼顧主客觀賦權優點,從而避免了確定低層次多因素權重的主觀性。通過將該模式顧客在選擇素食店中的應用,得出其素食店的優質商店的優劣排序,為顧客選擇理想的素食店,提高評價結果的準確性。
The paper developed the selection of evaluation index system for vegan industry model is put forward based on guestology, and a multi-level model of modified ideal solution, based on linear combined binary contrast with entropy weight. The evaluation of Vegan Industry Route Optimization is a complicated uncertainty system problem. Based on the set pair analysis and fuzzy theory, a new SPA and Fuzzy Synthetic model was established, simplify the evaluation procedure, using the fuzzy theory to calculate indexes improves the accuracy and reliability of results. Finally, it also intend to utilize quantitive method for analysis to improve the order preference of coffee industry selection was attained, and the excellent and ideal coffee industry was ascertained for the guest operation assessment being more objective, reasonable and comprehensive. |
