兵家常事:《武經七書》再探華人本土組織行為學

本研究旨在透過對於華人兵家經典《武經七書》的考掘,結合西方組織行為學動態歷程及不同組織層級的框架,探究華人兵家思想是否能提出與儒家不同的華人組織行為學內涵。本研究為一探索性研究,研究方法以文獻分析及詮釋法進行。研究結果顯示《武經七書》內容除兵家思維外,華人傳統「儒道墨法」思想亦交融其中,且不同於哲學思想,兵家內涵體現出「儒道墨法」各家的實踐樣貌。另外,華人兵家思想對於組織成員乃至團隊士氣的激勵,十分重視個體心理動力的建立。建議未來除可針對《武經七書》內容再進行探勘外,亦可結合西方心理動力學理論,或承續華人本土心理學,建構適合現代華人組織使用的華人組織動力學。 This study aims to explore whether the Chinese military ideology can propose a different Chinese organizational behavioral idea from Confucianism through the examination of “The Seven Classics of Military of Ancient China (武經七書). The framework of Western organizational behavior was combined in the study. This research is an exploratory study, and the research methods are carried out by literature analysis and interpretation. The research results show that besides of the military thinking, “Confucianism, Taoism, Moism and Legalism”, those traditional Chinese thoughts are also blended in those military classics. Unlike those traditional Chinese philosophical thoughts, the connotation of the military reflects the practical aspects of “Confucianism, Taoism, Moism and Legalism”. Furthermore, the Chinese military ideology highly emphasizing the importance to the establishment of individual psychological dynamics rather than incentives of fame and gain. It is suggested that more exploration of the contents of the Seven Military Classic Books are needed in the future. And it is also suggested that combining Western psychodynamic theory and Chinese indigenous psychology could contribute to the construction of psychological dynamics of Chinese organizations behavior study for modern Chinese organizations.
