以芭菲爾拖鞋蘭屬(Paphiopedilum)四個種P.armeniacum,P.tranliemianum,P.malipoenseand P.delenatii為材料,進行觀察其根尖細胞有絲分裂中期染色體之核型分析。由本試驗結果顯示,P. armeniacum為2n=26=10M+14m+2sm;Paph.tranliemianum為2n=26=2M+20m+4sm,第15,16,19,20,23,24,25,26條具有衛星體染色體,第19,20條長臂上具有明顯次級收縮區。P. malipoense為2n=26=10M+12m+2sm+2T;P. delenatii為2n=38=4M+10m+24T,此物種染色體數與唐澤氏之觀察結果有差異,可能是取樣自少數植株所致,其物種差異則需進一步探討。
The root tips of four Paphiopedilum Species (Paph. armeniacum, Paph. tranliemianum, Paph. malipoense and Paph. delenatii ) were stained by at mitosis stage for Karyotype analysis. The result showed that Paph. armeniacum was with a chromosome number of 2n=26=10M+14m+2sm, Paph. tranliemianum was 2n=26=2M+20m+4sm, Paph. malipoense was 2n=26= 10M+12m+2sm+2T and Paph. delenatii was 2n=38=4M+10m+24T. The chromosomes number 15, 16, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25 and 26 obtained in P. tranliemianum were with satellites and at the long arm of the chromosomes number 19 and 20, the secondary constriction zone was shown clearly. In this experiment, the chromosome number obtained in Paph. Delenatii was different from what Touzawa reported. That was probably resulted from insufficient plant sampling. Further investigation is required to verify the chromosome number of Paph. Delenatii. |
