‘白仁’萊豆種子以飽和氯化鉀於41℃下進行3天水化處理,提高15℃之種子發芽率26~30%與縮短平均發芽天數1.2~1.7天。水化處理降低種子浸潤液導電度值與促進種子於低溫下浸潤之呼吸率。滲調處理可提高種子發芽速度與T90-10,在回乾條件35℃下,購自明豐種子發芽率顯著降低至76.1%。於對峙培養中T. harzianum較R. solani之菌絲生長快速,購自屏東的種子以T. harzianum及1 %甲基纖維素覆膜後,以蛭石進行生物滲調,播種後幼苗存活率由85%顯著提高為98.3%。 Hydrating lima bean seeds in saturated KCl at 41 ℃ for 3 days increased germination 26 to 30 %, and decreased the mean number of days to germination by 1.2 to 1.7 days at 15 ℃. Hydration with KCl decreased the conductivity of the solution in which seeds were soaked and increased the respiration rate (at 15 ℃) of hydrated seeds. The mean number of days to germination and the GT90-10 were shortened by solid matrix priming. When Mean-Fan seeds were primed and dehydrated at 35 ℃, germination was reduced significantly to only 75.8 %. In dual cultures, the growth of Trichoderma harzianum T22 hypha was faster than that of Rhizoctonia solani. Ping-Tong seeds were coated with T. harzianum T22 and 1 % carboxymethyl cellulose, then priming the seeds. Biopriming significantly increased the survival of lima bean seedlings in peat moss medium from 85 % to 98.3 %.
