選用五種品系之台灣金線連(Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata)進行種子發芽試驗。品系及培養基間的發芽率無顯著差異。使用燕麥培養基(OMA)行共生發芽,未接種蘭菌則種子發芽率為零,而接種蘭菌(R02)於60天後,發芽率為80-86%,且小苗生長勢較無菌播種者佳。培養基覆蓋濾紙及接種蘭菌,可促進台灣金線連種子發芽及後續生長。
Effects of medium types, orchid mycorrhiza, and filter paper covering on seed germination on five lines of Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata were tested. No significant difference in germination rate was observed among the five lines and three medium. Seeds could not germinate without the presence of OMF (orchid mycorrhizal fungi) on OMA (oat meal agar) medium. Seeds inoculated with R02 OMF exhibited 80-86% germination percentage after 60days. Filter paper and the inoculation of OMF could promote seed germination and growth for medical use of this orchid . |
