民眾與環境經營管理者非常重視公園綠地的景觀品質,然而公園綠地的維護成本卻是影響環境品質的一個重要因素。因此,本研究目的係基於民眾偏好與綠覆法令,進而探討公園綠地維護成本與植栽組合之關係。本研究調查了民眾最偏好之植栽組合,並收集公園綠地之綠覆規定及喬木、灌木與草地之維護單價,再應用線性規劃方法分析出最小維護成本及其植栽組合。研究結果顯示,影響民眾偏好的植栽依序為喬木面積、草地面積及灌木面積;而在0.1-0.5公頃大小之公園綠地中,當喬木面積佔全園之60.75%、草地面積佔30.00%、其他面積為9.25%、灌木與裸土面積0%時,其植栽組成之維護成本最低且滿足民眾偏好。
The public and environmental managers paid more attention to the landscape qualities of green space. However, the maintenance cost of green space was an important factor that affected the landscape qualities. Hence, the purpose of this study was based on the public preference and green cover regulations to explore the relationship between maintenance cost of green space and planting composition. We investigated the planting composition that the public preferred most and collected green cover regulations and unit prices of trees, shrubs and lawn maintenance works. Then we used the linear programming method to analyze the minimum maintenance cost and its planting composition. The results suggest that the public preference were affected by trees area the most, lawn area the second, and shrubs area the least. In a green space covers an area of 0.1-0.5 ha, the planting composition meets the public preference with a minimum cost is when the trees area at 60.75%, the lawn area at 30.00%, the other area at 9.25% and the shrubs’ and naked area at 0%. |
