太空中心藉由多年來多重衛星操控技術與經驗，於2010年開始與新鼎系統公司共同合作開發地面衛星操控系統（Cross Platform Satellite Operation Control System，XPSOC），除了累積建置衛星地面操控軟體的自主能量，也大幅提升國內大型系統發展及軟體工程於衛星領域的技術能力與層次。地面衛星操控系統擁有衛星遙傳資料接收與指令執行的能力，系統目前已具有衛星操控的基本功能。 Through years of technological development andexperience in multi-satellite operations and control, NSPO started to cooperate with Advanced Control &Systems Inc. in 2010 to develop the Cross PlatformSatellite Operation Control System(XPSOC) . Inaddition to accumulating the self-reliant capability insatellite operation control software, the collaborationalso enhances domestic satellite technology inlarge-scale system development and softwareengineering. The satellite operation control systemhas the capability of receiving satellite telemetry andexecuting satellite commands. Currently, the XPSOChas the basic functions for satellite operation control.The system also provides a platform for Web-basedInteractive Telemetry Display(Web ITD) . Within thenetwork environment, it supports various browsersand mobile devices for satellite engineers to easilymonitor the satellite health status. The XPSOCand Web ITD will be continually upgraded in orderto support future satellite missions and providea convenient environment and tools for satellitemonitoring and control.
