福衛五號光學遙測酬載結構體是第一套由國人自行研製,可承載高精度光學鏡片執行遙測任務的結構體。它是由太空中心與漢翔公司共同合作開發,其中太空中心負責結構體設計、分析與整合,而漢翔公司則是支援結構元件的製造與組裝,2012年6月已經順利完成結構體的測試與驗證。光學遙測酬載結構體的設計與一般結構體不同,必須考量光學鏡片取像度,發射時機械外力強度以及執行取像任務時嚴峻的太空環境等因素。
The FORMOSAT-5 remote sensing telescope structure is the first Taiwan-developed payload bench carryinghigh precision opto-mechanical instrument. This payload structure is designed by NSPO, and manufacturedas well as assembled by AIDC. On June 2012, strict structure strength verification was successful completedat the NSPO I&T building and prepared for optical mirror mounting. During the structural design, some generaland special structural characteristics were considered to meet mission requirements, such as high stiffness, thermal stability, moisture effect mitigation, and assembly tolerance. To achieve these requirements, the structureis made of CFRP composite material and some connections are designed as semi-compliant joints. Besides, several design iterations are run for optimized performance as part of structure analysis, thermal design, andoptical evaluation. For the next generation remote sensing telescope, many improvements need to be madeon this bench, such as the mirror refocus function, higher precision manufacturing, and anti-moisture materialdevelopment. Based on current developments, improvements can be made for the next remote sensingtelescope. |
