震動感測技術是智慧機械和環境震動監測等方面的一個基本應用。本文根據近期之數位式3D震動感測模組發展,本文解釋數位式3D震動感測模組的基本設計,採用電子諧振器,三個機械彈簧開關,嵌入式微處理器單元(MCU)和頻率至事件演算法的數位三維震動感測模組,並經實驗結果證明,電路取樣速率每秒可以有採樣125個樣本速率,合於設計,並經震動實驗室震動平台驗證此型數位式3D震動模組,對於> 80 Gal有明顯反應。這些表明數位式3D震動感測模組具有成本低,高震動效果好的優點,未來適用於環境劇烈震動監測的應用。
Vibration sensing technology is usually a basic application in smart machinery and environmental vibration monitoring. In this article, based on the recent development of digital 3D vibration sensing module, this article explains the basic design of digital 3D vibration sensing module, using electronic resonator, three mechanical spring switches, embedded microprocessor unit(MCU) and the event algorithm. And the experimental results show that there can be sampling 125 samples per second. These show that the digital 3D vibration sensing module has the advantages of low cost and high vibration effect, and is suitable for instrument and environmental vibration monitoring applications in the future. |
