科學實證戒毒模式成效分析──以雲林監獄科學實證戒毒班為例

Analysis of the e ectiveness of scienti c empirical drug rehabilitation model--A case study of Science Empirical Drug Rehabilitation Class of Yunlin Prison

本文旨在探討在法務部矯正署雲林監獄開辦戒毒班課程，施以涵蓋7大面向課程，並引進衛政、勞政及社政形成4方連結，所提升之戒毒成效。本文使用成效評估工具於課程前後進行施測，結果予以統計分析，再輔以學員訪談質性分析來評估成效。經過本次戒毒班的課程後，可以得到學員在「自我覺察能力」等層面大多顯著提升，對於本次戒毒班各課程多感到滿意；對於個別課程會在不同面向感到滿意或非常滿意。訪談同學對課程給予肯定，認為對自我未來職涯、戒毒有幫助。經由科學實證戒毒班之執行成果，印證法務部矯正署訂頒「科學實證之毒品犯處遇模式計畫」具整合性及有效性。對於未來實施科學實證戒毒模式之戒毒班，提出四項建議。 The purpose of this paper is exploring the effectiveness of the rehabilitation of drug offenders that 7 major courses in a drug rehabilitation class launched at the Yunlin Prison of Agency of Corrections of Ministry of Justice, and cooperates with the health, labor and social affairs of Yunlin County,formed a four direction link. The effectiveness assessment tools used before and after the course, analyzed by statistics, and supplemented by qualitative analysis of each participant's interview content, in order to evaluate the effectiveness. After the course of this drug rehabilitation class, students can be significantly improved in ''self-awareness'' and other item. The students felt satisfied or very satisfied with the drug addiction class. In addition, different item were evaluated satisfied or very satisfied in different courses. In the interview, most of the students also affirmed the course and thought that it would be helpful for their future career and drug rehabilitation. Through the implementation results of the scientific evidence-based drug rehabilitation class, it is confirmed the integration and effectiveness of ''The Plan of Scientific Evidence-based Treatment Model For Drug Abuser'' issued by the Agency of Corrections of the Ministry of Justice. Applying the scientific evidence-based drug rehabilitation model at the drug rehabilitation classes in the future, four recommendations are still available.
