The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological capital and motor burnout of college judo players. Method: Convenient sampling was used for the test, targeting judo players. Results: First, the players have a high degree of feeling in the psychological capital; there is a moderate to low level of feeling in sports burnout. Second, psychological capital has different grades in the grade and best sports performance. Third, sports burnout varies in the number of training sessions per week and the duration of each training. Fourth, the predictive power of psychological capital on sports burnout is the greatest. Conclusion: Psychological capital can predict exercise burnout. Suggestions: 1. In training, the positive feedback provided by coaches and teammates increases their sense of accomplishment. Second, through the simulation game, improve the player's mental ability. Third, through the way of ex situ training, increase the fun of training to reduce the negative impact of overtraining and burnout. |
