本研究目的在探討個案學校如何發展出一系列教育課程與自編教材,將傳統戲曲-歌仔戲融入學校特色課程的過程與運作機制。本文採取為期兩學年的質性研究法,透過專家會議、文件分析、參與觀察、訪談紀錄等方式蒐集個案學校相關資料。研究結果顯示透過特色課程計畫發展教學與公演實作,有助推廣傳統戲曲藝術-歌仔戲;發展一套淺顯易懂的自編教材能提升高職教師課程實施與學習成效。與在地戲曲劇團、企業或鄰近科技大學策略聯盟,能提供學習者更多元的學習機會。教師團隊透過互相觀摩切磋、分享回饋教學教法,能形塑彼此對傳統戲曲歌仔戲專業知能並帶動教師專業成長氛圍。對傳統戲曲歌仔戲之特色課程其發展特質與創新架構非常值得作為發展學校群科特色課程之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore how individual case school to develops a series of educational curriculum and self-compiled textbooks in the process and mechanism of incorporating traditional opera - Taiwanese Opera assimilate into Featured Programs. This article adopts research method through expert meetings, document analysis, participations in observation, interviews and other ways to collect case-related information. The results of the study show that the development of teaching and performance through Featured Programs can promote traditional opera - Taiwanese Opera art. Developing a set of innovative self-made textbooks can improve the implementation of teachers and the teaching effectiveness. Strategic alliance with local opera troupes, businesses or neighboring technology universities can provide more learning opportunities for learners. Through mutual observation and discussion, the teachers' team share feedback and teaching methods can shape each other to the traditional Taiwanese Opera professional knowledge and promote the professional growth of teachers' atmosphere. The characteristics and innovation about the framework of the traditional opera for Taiwanese opera are worthy of references for the development of Featured Programs in the school group. |
