近年來,國內外企業公司對於員工績效評估制度之研究探討與日俱增,並利用績效評估資料,作為員工教育訓練與評估升遷之依據。綜觀在各公司現行對員工績效評估制度由於評估方法往往流於形式不實際。鑑此本文提出模糊集合理論之模糊優先比選擇法及意見集中排序法進行模糊決策排序模型,為驗證本文方法之可行性、合理性以及使用簡易性,以兩個案例進行評估及其結果之檢討。
Recently, the study of performance evaluations of employee is often conducted and these results are used far evaluating education trainings and promotions of employee. However, the evaluation methods currently adopted for the enterprise are generally unpractical. In this regard, this paper proposes fuzzy TOPSIS and opinion centralized sorting method to deal with performance evaluations of employee. Two examples will be used to examine feasibility, rationality and simplicity of the proposed methods in this paper. |
