滿意度、信任與承諾三者是關係品質研究最常被探討的概念,在過去研究中大多只納入三者之中的兩個變項,欠缺三者因果關係的整合研究。其次,有關滿意度與信任、滿意度與承諾之間的影響關係,至今仍未有定論。再者,關係品質的研究多是關注買者與賣者的關係,較少是教師與主管之間的關係。因此,本研究同時將滿意度、信任與承諾納入研究中並根據三者的相互影響關係,發展出八種可能理論模式,以實證資料驗證並比較各種可能理論模式,藉此找出最佳模式。亦即本研究旨在了解滿意度、信任及承諾之間的影響關係,找出描述滿意度、信任及承諾三者間關係的最佳模式。以臺南縣市、高雄縣市國小教師為研究對象,採取分層抽樣,共抽取600名教師進行問卷調查,有效回收問卷484份,有效回收率80.7%。正式問卷先通過驗證性因素分析,確認其具有信效度,再利用結構方程模式,比較八種可能理論模式,找出最佳模式。研究結果顯示,本研究的最佳模式是滿意度影響信任、滿意度影響承諾、信任影響承諾,意即滿意度為信任與承諾的共同影響來源;滿意度與信任會同時影響承諾。最後,本研究根據研究結果提出相關的建議供實務應用與後續研究參考。
The concepts most often discussed in the research of relationship quality were satisfaction, trust and commitment. Most of the previous research explored only two variables among them but lacked integrated research of causal relationship of the three variables. Secondly, there was no definite conclusion about the relationship of satisfaction and trust, satisfaction and commitment. Furthermore, nowadays the research of relationship quality focuses on the buyer-seller relationship and to a lesser extent on the teacher-supervisor relationship. Therefore, this study included satisfaction, trust and commitment simultaneously and developed eight different theoretic models according to the possible relationships of the three variables. This study used the empirical data to test and compare various theoretic models in order to identify the best model.The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship among satisfaction, trust and commitment and propose the best model. The subjects of this study were elementary school teachers in Tainan and Kaohsiung. 600 teachers were selected to participate in questionnaire survey by stratified sampling. Valid questionnaire had 484, and the valid return rate was 80.7%. Scales were confirmed to have reliability and validity by confirmatory factor analysis. Following, this study used structural equation modeling to compare eight theoretic models and identify the best model. Empirical results indicate that the best model is that satisfaction positively influences trust, satisfaction positively influences commitment, and trust positively influences commitment. On the other hand, satisfaction is the common antecedent of trust and commitment. Also, combination of satisfaction and trust positively influences commitment. Finally, according to the results, this study provides some suggestions for future research. |
