目前在台灣,關於大學生的職業能力的形成存在著重大的問題。特別是15-24歲年輕人的失業率是全年齡階級中最高的。此嚴峻的就業情況稱之為就業「超冰河期」。對於沒有就業經驗的應屆畢業生而言,如何透過自身的「工作經驗的連續性」,提高「內面化的職業能力」是我們當前所要面對的重要課題。在此之中,常受到議論的主題為,透過具有「啟發性的經驗」之職場體驗,其對個人的工作觀.職業觀之形成最具效果。因此,本論文將針對日本型企業實習對從學校畢業後進入職場的過程中所達到的效果及其問題點做分析及探討。本研究的研究方法將採取質性研究的「半結構式訪談」,針對日本的業界專家及學界專家進行深入訪談,探討日本型企業實習的有效性及界限。
Professional competence of college students remains as an urgent issue in Taiwan, especially for the highest unemployment rate of the age group between 15-24 years old. This serious unemployment issue has been named as ”employment ice age.” Thus, for those college graduates who has no employment experiences must improve the ”internalized professional competence” through ”accumulated work experiences” and issues often discussed include ”inspiring” workplace experience that has been found the most effective for the development of work and professional value.This study addresses effectives and issue analysis on internship at Japanese enterprises that facilitate the transition from school to work. Semi-structured interview of qualitative research has been adopted by this study to conduct in-depth interviews on experts from both Japanese enterprises and the academia in order to examine effectiveness and limits of internship at Japanese enterprises. |
