台湾における高等教育の国際化とその関する課題

台灣高等教育的國際化與其相關課題（The Internationalization of Higher Education in Taiwan and Relative Challenges）

台灣高等教育在面臨國際化的衝擊下，其競爭環境業已由國內競爭擴展至國際競爭的處境。本文試著分析台灣高等教育為因應此競爭所提出的「雙聯學制」制度，和其帶來的課題。論述的內容由台灣高等教育的擴張、歷史背景與其形成而展開。在概論參考各國高等教育對於國際化的定義後，以舉出事例探討「雙聯學制」學制下的課題。國際化下的交流，可歸納分為接受留學生與送出留學生的兩大方向。本文將以送出留學生為主要分析。 Under the globalization nowadays, highe r education inmost countries tends to become borderless. “Theinternationalization of Higher Education” is getting moreimportant t han ever.To improve the competiveness of Taiwan education in theworld, the Ministry of Education in Taiwan has introduced a neweducational policy –due degree (or double degree). This paper isfocus on discussing thi s new educational policy in Taiwan and i t srelative challenges.
