台灣學習日語人口比例之多,與世界各國相較也是屈指而數。而目前負責日語教育的重責大任,大多也是由高等教育機構擔待。然而,2010年的今日台灣的高等日語教育面臨一個前所未有的課題。即是須通過教育部委託財團法人高等教育評定中心基金會進行的「系所評鑑」。「系所評鑑」所得的結果,將提供教育部補助各系所或錄取員額之參考。雖是定位於參考,其本質仍可以左右各系所的辦學方針,嚴格說來普遍被視為該系所是否能夠繼續招生之關鍵所在。本論文主要是探討「系所評鑑」實施一輪之後,台灣的日語教育生態如何改變與應對。首先,先回顧台灣日語教育史,之後論及李遠哲主導的「十年教改」對日語教育界之影響以及須面對的諸多問題。續之,介紹此時導入之「系所評鑑」制度,並且從公佈之評鑑結果中,採樣兩個系所當作個案研究,藉之彰顯「系所評鑑」對系所未來發展的影響。最後指出「系所評鑑」中潛藏的問題點,同時對於台灣日語高等教育之今後發展,提供建言。
In Taiwan with many Japanese learners, Japanese higher education systemcarries out Japanese education mainly. However, the Japanese higher educationsystem in Taiwan has a big problem in the (2010) at the present. It is because aTaiwanese Ministry of Education has begun to carry out 'the rating of the highereducation system department'. The rating result is assessment of the universitiessubstantially. In addition, the result affects the life and death of the department.In this article, I report the actual situation of the Japanese education in Taiwanafter 'the rating of the higher education system department ' was performed. At first Ireview Japanese education in Taiwan historically. And I take up the problem of thehigher education that 'radical educational reform' caused. I introduce a system of 'therating of the higher education system department '. next. In addition, I take up twocases of the rating University and inspect it as case study. Finally I point out theproblems of the rating result and suggest it about development of the future of theJapanese higher education in Taiwan. |
