本論文針對大學的日文系畢業生之職業生涯意識,以直接訪談方式所得到的實例為基礎,探討其職業生涯意識相關之行為特徴。目前,台灣日文系畢業生在全球化之外在環境的變化之下,被要求著持有青年期之職業生涯意識。在本論文中,首先,作為日文系畢業生之職業生涯意識研究之初步考察,從4 位日本語文學系畢業生的訪談資料中,分析出與第一份工作相關之經歷中的動機及行為特徴。由本論文之分析結果可得知:從日本語文學系畢業生對於決定就職・換工作・升學等的態度,及職場上學習的態度上、可看出彼此之間在行為上的共同特徴,以及個人特有之特定行為,而這些行為特徴,與其説是心理層次或意識形態,應將其視為一種行為策略,且與日語學習有著密切關係之運用能力。
In this thesis, the feature of the action that related to the careerconsciousness that became basic of the career consciousnessconsideration is studied by the interview about the career consciousnessof the Japanese learners in university as the cases. An external,environmental change according to advances in globalization and apeculiar career consciousness formation to youth in that are urged on theJapanese learners of university in Taiwan now. At first as a preliminaryconsideration for career consciousness research of Japanese learners inuniversity, this thesis continuously has considered the feature of themotive and the action seen in the experience concerning the first findingemployment of the four Japanese learners of university.As a result, the feature that the motive and the action are related tothe attitude concerning to the decision of finding employment, changingone's job, and going on to school and concerning to the office is found.The feature of this action is a strategy of the action rather thanpsychology and consideration, and it can be said the operationalcapability deeply related also to studying Japanese. |
