高強度運動會引起肌肉內肝醣含量的降低,使得體內氫離子濃度的提升同時會影響肌漿網內鈣離子的釋放,降低磷酸果糖激酶(phosphofructokinase, PFK)及肌肉細胞產生三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate, ATP)的能力,進而導致肌肉疲勞。過去至今也發現,體內抗氧化能力不足以平衡氧化壓力時,會造成體內細胞或組織受到氧化傷害,同時也會引起肌肉疲勞現象,降低運動表現。先前已有研究指出,刺五加(Eleutherococcus senticosus)已被證實能提升人體在運動中肌肉組織用氧的能力,降低體內血乳酸濃度的提升,促進耐力運動表現。此外,也發現刺五加能促進人體內抗氧化功能活性的提升與釋放,能減緩氧化壓力的大量提升,預防氧化性傷害的發生。因此,本文透過相關文獻來探討刺五加對人體生理功能、人體反應、作用機轉及運動增補劑的相關應用研究,以提供健身運動者、專業運動員及教練人員為實際參考。
High intensity training (HIT) can cause the decrease of glycogen in the muscle. This will enhance the hydronic concentration, and meanwhile, it will influence the release of calcium in sarcoplasmic reticulum, lowering the phosphofructokinase and the capacity of producing adenosine triphosphate in the cells of the muscle. This will lead to muscle fatigue. In the past, researchers discovered that, as the capacity of anti-oxidation in the body cannot balance oxidative stress, it will lead to muscle fatigue, decreasing the performance of training. The research indicated that Eleutherococcus senticosus was proven to enhance the capacity of muscle organization that consumes oxygen in the human training, lowering the enhancement of blood lactate, while improving the performance of endurance exercise. In addition, it discovered that Eleutherococcus senticosus can stimulate the enhancement and release of anti-oxidation in the body, lowering the high increase of oxidative stress and preventing oxidative damage. Hence, the paper aims to discuss the relevant research concerning Eleutherococcus senticosus’ impact on the physiological functions of the human body, the physiological response, the mechanism, and the training ergogenic aid in order to provide empirical references for body builders, professional sportspersons, and trainers . |
