太陽花學運後爭取臺灣青年的認同，已成中共對臺政策的首要目標，其創新策略乃透過交流吸引臺灣青年赴陸發展。因此，赴陸臺生生涯規劃變遷乃兩岸關係研究之新興重要議題。本文以2016年寒假與暑假赴陸交流團的臺生為研究對象，採用定群追蹤調查法，根據社會接觸與理性選擇理論，分析赴陸臺生生涯規劃之變遷與影響因素。本研究發現：臺生前往大陸交流後的赴陸發展意願，其平均數在1至4的量表中顯著提升0.14，22.10%臺生赴陸發展意願變低，52.89%變高，25.00%沒有變化。本文建構的迴歸方程式可以解釋臺生赴陸發展意願變遷程度出現22.71%的變異。男性、對中國大陸印象變愈佳、以及對大陸市場自評利益變愈佳者，其赴陸發展意願變愈高。
In the wake of Taiwan's Sunflower Student Movement, a primary goal of the Chinese government in its policy towards Taiwan has been to gain a greater identification with Chinese identity among more Taiwanese youths. One innovative strategy the Chinese government has adopted is to attract Taiwanese youths to pursue a career in mainland China through organizing exchange activities. Therefore, studying changes in the career planning of Taiwanese students who have undertaken such exchanges in China have become an important emerging topic in cross-strait studies. This study focuses on Taiwanese students who visited China during the winter and summer vacations of 2016. It employs a panel data investigation based on social contact and rational choice theories to analyze the changes in their career planning and the factors that influenced these changes. The results showed that on a scale of 1-4, the average score of these students' intentions to pursue a career in China significantly increased by 0.14, with 52.89% exhibiting an increased intention and 22.10% a decreased intention, and 25.00% demonstrating unchanged intentions. In addition, a regression model was established to explain 22.71% of the variance in these changes. Specifically, Taiwanese students who were male, gained an improved impression of China, and those whose perceived benefits in the Chinese market had been enhanced showed an increased intention to pursue a career in China. |
