本研究以高效液相層析分析方法,分別探討溫清飲、三黃瀉心湯,小青龍湯等湯劑之指標成分geniposide、berberine及paeoniflorin 於老化加速試驗之含量變化及製劑本身之物性如性狀、pH值、乾燥減重等變化情形,藉以推求該三種成分於其配合湯劑--濃縮劑型中之架儲期。實驗結果數據顯示各指標成分於六個月的老化加速試驗期中其含量變化對測試時間及測試濃度依Arrhenius Equation作圖,其Arrhenius Plot均呈零級反應,預估架儲期均在三年以上。 |
英文摘要 |
Stability of three marker substances- geniposide berberine and paeoniflorin in traditional Chinese medicines Uen-Ching-Yiin, San-Hwang-Shieh-ShinTang and Sheau-Ching-Long-Tang, was studied by HPLC methods with accelerated aging test. The effect of various conditions such as storage time, temperature programs and sampling time programs on the kinetic parameters were also studied. The results showed that the Arrhenius Plots obtained from Arrhenius Equation of the three marker substances were all belonged to zero order reactions and we can expect all the shelf lives of the three maker substances in these three traditional medicines would last for three years. |
