Taiwan's main in terms of agricultural sector dilemma is that farmers and agriculture and the international competitiveness of agricultural products are weak, including land and labor costs. Due to lack of profits caused by aging of the population of young adults don't want in agriculture; capital is not easy to introduce a lack of willingness of the business cycle of hardship. Therefore, how to face the problem of insufficient international competitiveness? Settlement of the Taiwan's agricultural dilemma is wrong with the agricultural subsidy policy reasons, so that the use of agricultural land to achieve economies of scale, this paper may solve those problems. Thus, the cost structure inherent adverse circumstances in accordance with Maikebote competition theory. Through the organization, marketing, production technology, a combination of factors such as cultural factors and innovation to take "focusoriented" and "differentiation" strategy is to build a Diagnosis of agricultural enterprises; innovative business indicators, agricultural enterprises, innovative business diagnostic are also to understand the types and potential benefits. In the cause of promoting and replicating their innovative element in the success of business model is the purposes of this paper. An empirical case of experiments demonstrates that the hybrid Innovation model can be used to consulting the production and management on agricultural improvement problems in real cases. This paper can also propose a design to improve the criteria gaps for achieving the aspired/desired levels of agricultural consulting structure, dissemination of innovative elements and replicate its success of the business model, when creating agricultural production and management development consulting and improvement.
